飲食清淡也可能會導致脂肪肝!有營養師分享病例指,一名年輕女工程師三餐飲食清淡,但最終竟患上脂肪肝、膽固醇過高。營養師後來詢問其全日的飲食餐單,結果發現她常進食1類食物,最終導致患上脂肪肝。

營養師李婉萍在節目《醫師好辣》中表示,該名女工程師每日早餐只吃牛角包配一杯黑咖啡,中午時因工作忙碌,因此經常在辦公室內吃多士當作午餐,到了晚餐時就吃清湯麵作為晚餐。後來女子求醫檢查時,竟被發現患有脂肪肝、膽固醇過高等問題。

脂肪肝成因|常吃1類食物致脂肪肝 營養師列飲食建議
營養師李婉萍表示,該名女工程師常吃的牛角包、多士、清湯麵等食物,都是由精製澱粉所製成的食物,而且不含維他命B群,無法代謝體內脂肪,而且其飲食習慣缺乏蛋白質、膳食纖維等營養素,因此導致患上脂肪肝。李婉萍後來建議她改變飲食習慣,降低飲食中的澱粉含量,多補充其他營養素,最終成功改善情況。
營養師李婉萍又指,進食澱粉類食物時要選擇含有維他命B群的食物,例如番薯、五穀雜糧等;另外,如果選擇吃麵包當作正餐時,也應該配搭豆漿或急凍雞胸肉等食物,保障營養均衡。
