2022安省市選開鑼 今起接受候選人登記

[星島綜合報道]安省居民假若想在十月競選市議員或教育局委員，現在可以提交參選文件了。

嚴格來說，提名期在周日開始，但許多市政官員的辦公室在週一上午開始接受提名。

準候選人必須在8月19日下午2點之前提交必要的文件，以能將名字登記在選票上，又或刪除已經登記了的名字。

安省近450個城市的2022年選舉日期為10月24日，下一屆的任期為2022年11月15日至2026年11月14日。

凡想查詢自己是否在當地選民名單之上，又或想加入當選民，或改變對教育局的支持，可登入 市政財產評估公司（Municipal Property Assessment Corporation）網站。
