多市储物棚起火　消防检走3辆电动自行车电池调查

【星岛综合报道】多伦多西区周三（27日）下午发生储物棚火警，现场存放多辆电动自行车（e-bike），消防人员事后检走至少3辆电动自行车电池调查。

多伦多消防局（Toronto Fire Services）表示，火警于下午2时30分后不久发生，地点位于Roncesvalles Avenue夹The Queensway附近一间住宅后方的独立储物棚。

消防到场时发现储物棚冒出浓烟，其后迅速将火势扑灭，火警未有蔓延至其他建筑物。

消防表示，工作人员在棚内发现至少3辆电动自行车，并已将相关锂电池移走及作安全处理。

消防局其后已通知调查组跟进。当局表示，目前仍未确定火警起因及具体情况，事件中无人受伤。

多伦多消防总长Jim Jessop其后在社交平台发文指出，锂离子电池安全问题值得关注。
