捲綠化帶醜聞獲福特力撐 安省房屋廳長終辭職

【星島綜合報道】安省房屋廳長Steve Clark早前捲入綠化帶改劃醜聞，今早在社交媒體上宣布辭去職位。

他在社交媒體上表示，身為廳長「有責任遵守廳長問責制」。同時表示將繼續擔任Leeds-Grenville-Thousand Islands的區域議員。

安省審計處月前發表一份措辭嚴厲的報告，狠斥省長福特在改劃綠化帶一事上疑似利益輸送。福特連番大動肝火希望保住Steve Clark，不惜在記者會上怒轟記者。事隔4日後Steve Clark引咎辭職。
