加拿大人玩轉-55度極寒天氣 華人戶外自製美食！

【星島綜合報道】隨着加拿大進入極寒天氣，部分省份的居民開始嘗試戶外科學實驗，還有華人在戶外做美食。

加拿大環境和氣候變化部(ECCC)對亞省南部地區發布極寒警告，提醒人們注意凍傷和體溫過低的潛在風險。

卡加利一份寒冷警告寫道:「極寒溫度和風寒的時間將會持續很長一段時間。周六和周日早上將是最冷的，氣溫在-40到-50度之間，風寒溫度接近-55度。在開闊和暴露的地區，甚至會更冷。」

但有些居民並沒有因此被關在室內，他們充分利用了室外的極端溫度。

為了證明亞省現在有多冷，人們在社交媒體上展示了沸水在接觸空氣時是如何瞬間結冰的。

目前，加拿大環境部對安省、亞省、卑詩省、曼省、西北地區、努納武特、沙省和育空的部分地區都已發佈極寒和暴風雪警告。

追蹤全球極端天氣狀況的WX-Now發佈的一份新報告稱，目前地球上20個最冷的地方中有18個在加拿大。

多倫多本周也將經歷極寒天氣，或許可以玩起來了？
