【星岛综合报道】当今温哥华房地产价格居高不下的时期，竟然还有一个房子仅以100万元挂牌上市，而且这间房子还有地下室套房与后巷屋可以利用。有房地产经纪批评，这种过度低价上市抢竞标的作法太离谱，简直浪费所有人时间。

在网上发布的房屋销售说明上，列出该物业内部的详细照片，还地下室单元和后巷屋，有「高租金收入和现金流」。
它还拥有一些独特的花里胡哨，包括正门面有当地艺术家卡萨雷斯 (Juan Pablo Zamudio Cazares) 为其挥洒的独特壁画。
在另一个 TikTok 视频中，Ly 承认他之前曾以战略性的低价吸引了竞标，但他认为这间房子以 100 万元起价太离谱。「我不反对低价上市，我的问题是它浪费了很多人的时间，而且它导致我们房地产经纪人圈会有坏名声，现在声誉都已很差了。按照这种逻辑，那还不如把价格订在10万、50万，根本都无所谓。」
尽管这段视频是在批评挂牌价，但也引起很多人对此房屋的关注，几天内吸引了超过 80,000 次观看。 Ly 对记者表示，他与代表该房屋的房地产经纪人没有任何关系。

上个月温哥华地区的房屋销售量比 8 月下降 9.8%，与 2021 年 9 月相比下降了 46%。与该月的 10 年平均值相比，它们下降 37.5%。
根据大温哥华房地产委员会的数据，所有类型房产的基准价格约为 116 万元，在过去 6 个月中下降了 8.5%。
