加拿大人玩转-55度极寒天气 华人户外自制美食！
【星岛综合报道】随着加拿大进入极寒天气，部分省份的居民开始尝试户外科学实验，还有华人在户外做美食。
加拿大环境和气候变化部(ECCC)对亚省南部地区发布极寒警告，提醒人们注意冻伤和体温过低的潜在风险。
卡加利一份寒冷警告写道:「极寒温度和风寒的时间将会持续很长一段时间。周六和周日早上将是最冷的，气温在-40到-50度之间，风寒温度接近-55度。在开阔和暴露的地区，甚至会更冷。」
但有些居民并没有因此被关在室内，他们充分利用了室外的极端温度。

为了证明亚省现在有多冷，人们在社交媒体上展示了沸水在接触空气时是如何瞬间结冰的。

目前，加拿大环境部对安省、亚省、卑诗省、曼省、西北地区、努纳武特、沙省和育空的部分地区都已发布极寒和暴风雪警告。
追踪全球极端天气状况的WX-Now发布的一份新报告称，目前地球上20个最冷的地方中有18个在加拿大。
多伦多本周也将经历极寒天气，或许可以玩起来了？
