士嘉堡三級大火　商業大廈濃煙衝天

【星島綜合報道】士嘉堡（Scarborough）一幢商業大廈周一（31日）凌晨爆發三級大火，多倫多消防處出動大批人員應對，救援行動持續至清晨。

大火於凌晨約1時在Tapscott Road及Sheppard Avenue East附近、McLevin Avenue 150號一帶爆發，消防員到場時發現大廈竄出火焰，濃煙滾滾。

由於火勢猛烈，加上對大廈結構穩定性的憂慮，消防員被迫撤離室內，改從外部撲救。其後增派更多消防單位支援，滅火工作持續至早上。

多倫多救護服務表示，無人需要送院。多倫多消防處發布的現場照片顯示，大廈受到嚴重破壞，大量濃煙升上空中。

起火原因至今未有確定，調查人員預計在現場情況允許後展開調查。
