【突发】万锦独立屋大火　一名幼童命危送院抢救

【星岛综合报道】万锦市一间独立屋周五（2日）中午发生火警，一名幼童被救出时伤势严重，目前情况危殆。

警方表示，紧急人员于中午12时后不久接报，赶赴16th Avenue与9th Line一带一间住宅处理火警。消防人员进入屋内搜救期间，在单位内发现一名幼童，当时已身受重伤。

该名幼童随即被送往医院救治，目前仍处于生命危险状态。当局暂未确认事件中是否有其他人受伤。

警方指出，火警起因仍有待调查，安省消防专员办公室将到场协助跟进。受事件影响，附近道路需要封闭。
