李燦明當選本拿比市議員 BCA掌多數議席

【星島綜合報道】曾經擔任四屆本拿比省議員的李燦明順利當選本拿比市議員。

本拿比市長Mike Hurley很早就自動連任，因為無人競爭，因此市議員花落誰家受矚目。最終結果顯示， 本拿比公民協會(Burnaby Citizens Association)重新獲得其在市議會的權力。

所有4名現任本拿比公民協會議員都再次當選，2名 新成員也選上，代表這個隸屬新民主黨附屬的政黨奪下了8名席位中的6名。

李燦明這次參加One Burnaby政黨，擠下了該政黨原來領頭的市議員Mike Hillman，順利當選市議員。他很遺憾沒有更多One Burnaby的同伴能一起加入議會。
