罗渣士瘫痪半个加拿大 影响911、电子支付Interac，还有 ......

【星岛综合报道】由于网络供应商罗渣士(Rogers)大规模瘫痪，今（8日）早整个多伦多Interac服务亦受到影响，包括任何可以使用电子支付的商户，Rogers至今尚未就此问题发官方声明。

今早9时前，负责借记交易和电子转账等业务的Interac宣布，目前与网络供应商发生全国性通讯中断，正影响INTERAC服务，意味即使商户并非使用Rogers网络供应商，顾客亦无法完成交易。而银行报告网络中断，Interac处于休眠状态，市民无法使用ATM提取现金。

There is a nationwide Rogers outage that encompasses all their business and consumer network services. This is impacting INTERAC Debit and INTERAC eTransfer. INTERAC Debit is currently unavailable online and at checkout.

侦测网络中断的网页Downdetector显示，清晨5时罗渣士网络开始出现问题，安省南部、缅省（Manitoba）、魁北克省（Quebec）及新不伦瑞克省（New Brunswick）均受影响，在整个大多伦多地区、满地可、温尼伯和东海岸都存在“当机”问题，估计受影响人数达数十万。

As a result of the current @Rogers outage impacting customers across the country, all TDSB cell phones are currently unavailable for use. While a limited number of TDSB schools/admin sites are impacted, most landline services continue to be available.

有网民留言指，罗渣士引致城市瘫痪，不但影响电话上网功能，更影响互联网、ATM、电子支付，认为是一间网络供应商长垄断的后果。
